With a roomy deck featuring a swing and covered dining area, you can appreciate meals outdoors while being sheltered from the elements.

This well-appointed condo includes a completely equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living area with a couch bed, and a cozy queen bed for restful nights. Stay connected with complimentary internet access and relax with cable TV after a day of adventure. For those looking to discover, bicycles are available for use (adults with drivers license) at your own risk, and an air pump station is supplied for your convenience.

What's close by:
Hatteras village remains the most original of the island’s seven villages. Many of the residents still make their livings from the sound and sea. The island’s charter fleet to the Gulf Stream and into the Pamlico Sound is headquartered in Hatteras. The island’s premier eateries and fish stores have the first choice of the freshest catch. Be sure to schedule a visit to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and a trip to Ocracoke Island via the complimentary ferry. Rent a golf cart for your calming week, or if you have access to a 4-wheel-drive car, the ramp to beach driving (permit required) in the park is located at the south end of the village.
Let the Southern Comfort Cabana be your comfortable and economical headquarters to discover Hatteras Island. The beach is 200-feet away. You can park your car right under the home.

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.



Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 1 car.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
