This vacation rental is conveniently close to numerous golf courses for the active vacationer. At the same time, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, offering walking paths, boat tours, and a unique archaeological site, is just a little over three miles from your front door.

THINGS TO KNOW

This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool cannot maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.



Other Things to Note:

For pool heating requests, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, as the pool requires sufficient time to heat properly.

Late pool heating requests are subject to approval and availability.

If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be supplied if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.

Pool heat is available seasonally from September 1 through May 25 only.
