Our modern, coastal condo is located directly on the Ocean Inlet at Mariner’s Cove in Iconic Shore Drive. Walk across the street to the beach, and you’ll have your toes in the sand in a moment’s notice!



Our condo features all the amenities you could want in a vacation home as well as some amazing upgrades including new hard floor and granite countertops.



The living room has a flat screen TV with seating, and there is a gorgeous view of the marsh and ocean inlet from your private furnished balcony. Unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning, or sip a sundowner as the sun sets over the marsh. Watch the birds above and passersby below. You can even see the Dunes golf course in the distance.



There is plenty of sleeping options in our home for all guests to appreciate their privacy.

All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. There are 2 bathrooms with walk in showers. The primary has a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has painless access to the hall bathroom just outside the bedroom door.



The kitchen has granite countertops as well as a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. There is a Keurig style K-Cup coffee maker as well. All dishes, glassware, cookware, and silverware are outfitted, too, making your stay simple for a fast snack or a full meal.



A washer and dryer is located in the home for added convenience.

Famous Shore Drive location in the heart of town. Located right where Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach come together, you and your guests can savor being at the center of it all.



The beach is just across the street and a short 1 min. walk to having your toes in the sand.

*This unit is located on the second floor, no elevator.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorbikes, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grilles on property.

*Washer/dryer located in the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap supplied.

*Two parking passes supplied in unit. No additional passes will be supplied.

*Drip coffee maker included in unit.

*Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your tranquility of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a returnable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
