-Before your arrival, the condo will be professionally cleaned and outfitted with towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, etc. Mid-stay housekeeping may be included (for a fee) depending on the availability of the cleaner.

-Travel insurance is recommended. We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as the availability of resort amenities, the weather, changes to your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late, or cancel your stay.

-Pest control sprays inside the units on a schedule. If you are staying during that time, it's mandatory to allow them in.

-Suggestions on what to bring: Beach towels, -sunblock, sunglasses, additional beach chairs, blue tooth speaker, a good book, your favorite k-cups, games for a rainy day, and your streaming passwords. Two of the TVs have streaming capabilities.
