Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, Indoor pool and hot tub open year round and outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/15/26, Outside balcony with modest ocean view. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are supplied. Outdoor grilles available.
