Welcome to Beach Colony Resort, located directly on the beach in the heart of Myrtle Beach’s iconic Grandiose Strand! This clean, comfortable, beachfront, 1-bedroom, 12th-floor condo features beautiful ocean vistas, modern amenities, and unbeatable resort-style features.
** PLEASE NOTE - the indoor pool is CLOSED for repairs and planned for re-opening in March 2026. The outdoor pool is heated to 88 degrees. There is also a hot tub and heated lazy river to savor during the cold months.
