The top level includes a huge living area with 55" Intelligent TV and refinished wood floors. Take in the magnificant vistas of the ocean and impressive sunrises. Unwind on the chaise lounge in the sunroom, where you can even close the French doors for a peaceful afternoon nap. The well-supplied kitchen features granite countertops, a grocery pantry, two dishwashers, a sizable refrigerator, double oven and microwave. Serve meals for the entire family at the dining table, which can accommodate enormous groups. There's also additional seating for four more at the kitchen bar. A gas grille is conveniently located outside on the covered porch near the kitchen.
