The top level includes a sizable living area with 55" Intelligent TV and refinished wood floors. Take in the marvelous vistas of the ocean and handsome sunrises. Unwind on the chaise lounge in the sunroom, where you can even close the French doors for a peaceful afternoon nap. The well-outfitted kitchen features granite countertops, a grocery pantry, two dishwashers, a enormous refrigerator, double oven and microwave. Serve meals for the entire family at the dining table, which can accommodate huge groups. There's also additional seating for four more at the kitchen bar. A gas grille is conveniently located outside on the covered porch near the kitchen.
