With over 3,900 square feet of indoor living space, Beach Bound is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. The open-concept layout on the top level can accommodate the whole group and encourages quality time spent together. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished great room while watching your favorite show or the big game. At dinnertime, there's plenty of room for everybody to help with meal prep in the broad kitchen. Two ovens and two dishwashers make cooking and clean-up for enormous groups a breeze. The primary bedroom is located on the top level, and a second ensuite is located on the mid-level. The four additional bedrooms are all generously sized, providing everybody with plenty of elbow room while still being under one roof.

Downstairs is where the real fun happens, because families that play together stay together! Go one-on-one and flex your skills on the ping pong table or two-player arcade-style basketball game. A table with seating for six can be used for card games, board games and puzzles. Cozy couches and a TV allow this room to also serve as a second living area or kid's hangout space. Outside, take a dip in the private pool or a calming soak in the hot tub before appreciating a invigorating drink at the tiki bar. Kids will appreciate having their own outdoor play space with swings and a slide, right in the backyard.
