The top level of the home greets you with an open kitchen and a great room, with natural sunlight as there are five sun windows in the high vaulted ceiling. All new furnishings and floor, a modest library with books, puzzles, family games, a 42" flatscreen intelligent TV, and wireless internet are included for your entertainment. There is a breakfast bar with a sizable dinning room table to appreciate meals with family and friends. Every seat on the top level offers extraordinary vistas through the huge glass new windows and new sliding glass doors to view the ocean. A huge new sun deck is located off the great room, looking towards the ocean, with plenty of Adirondack chairs for calming. A screened-in porch is connected to the kitchen on the backside of the home, ideal for watching the sunset!
