Every seat on the top level offers impressive vistas through the sizable glass new windows and new sliding glass doors to view the ocean. A huge new sun deck is located off the great room, looking towards the ocean, with plenty of Adirondack chairs for calming. A screened-in porch is connected to the kitchen on the backside of the home, ideal for watching the sunset!
