There is a breakfast bar with a huge dinning room table to savor meals with family and friends. Every seat on the top level offers impressive vistas through the sizable glass new windows and new sliding glass doors to view the ocean. A enormous new sun deck is located off the great room, looking towards the ocean, with plenty of Adirondack chairs for calming. A screened-in porch is connected to the kitchen on the backside of the home, ideal for watching the sunset!
