Barrier Island Station, Duck, NC - 2 Bedroom/Sleeps 8 - Vacation rental home in Duck, NC

If you are looking for a laid back, casual beach vacation for the entire family, with a ton of activities both at the resort or close by in the Town of Duck, look no further than Barrier Island Station.

Savor a game of beach volleyball, shuffle board, or tennis; swim or sunbath by the oceanside pool or take your beach chairs and stake a claim on the wide lifeguard supervised beach for the day. Modest kids will appreciate the wadding pool and playground.

At Barrier Island there are multiple buildings and the unit layouts differ from building to building, but all come with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room and outside deck with eating area. There is a couch bed in the living room and loft area.

Please note because of the hilly terrain and the design of the buildings there are a number of stairs to climb to reach your unit and most units have inside stairs as well ( no elevators).

You will definitely need a car to discover the area. The resort itself is enormous, but amenities are well within walking distance and there is some parking available at the beach access on the property. There is complimentary parking for one car in front of the building where your unit is located, overflow parking is also available on the property for additional cars. Upon checking in you will receive a gat/parking pass to display on your car.
