This cavernous duplex is the ideal spot for your next beach hideaway, offering gorgeous vistas and plenty of room for family and friends to relax and reconnect. Another unique factor about this unit is that it is the other half of our duplex SN22L, so if you are looking to bring more friends/ family along to your memorable beach stay they can right next door for added fun and everlasting memories!

Step inside to find an ensuite bedroom with a opulent California king bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the deck for morning coffee with ocean breezes. A second bedroom features a king bed, while another offers a fun mix of sleeping options with a twin-over-twin bunk and a queen bed, ideal for kids or additional sleeping. A full hall bathroom adds convenience for everybody.

Upstairs, the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, with simple access to the deck for al fresco dining or sunset watching. A full bathroom is located on this level and tucked away above is a comfortable loft with a queen bed, ideal for a peaceful getaway or additional sleeping space.
