Recently constructed, Stella Maris features a huge family room and a comfortable kitchen and dining area, ideal for hosting or relaxing after a day out. Just off the kitchen, savor your morning coffee or a home-cooked meal on the screened-in back porch. End the day in one of the 3 well-appointed bedrooms, including a king en suite with a TV and a private bath with a walk-in shower, a queen bedroom with a TV, and a bedroom with both a twin bed and a pyramid bunk. The full hall bath is convenient for both bedrooms. Downstairs, enjoy soaking in the hot tub after cleaning your catch at the cleaning station, grilling out on the charcoal grille, and eating at the outdoor bar. Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower before jumping in! Located close to eateries, coffee stores, shopping, and groceries, and just a short walk to the beach, Stella Maris is a ideal home to come back to time and time again!

Community Conveniences: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary, dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Around Avon Village: There's plenty to enjoy beyond the beach! Grab fresh local seafood, browse locally owned stores, or cast a line from the historic Avon Fishing Pier. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of close by ORV beach access ramps or head to the Haulover Day Use Area for simple sound access, watersports, and gorgeous vistas across the Pamlico Sound.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the home! Head north and cross the street to Sandfiddler Road toward the ocean. A public beach access boardwalk and path are located at the end of the street, providing painless access to the beach.
