The Space:
The top floor of this extravagant home features a chef's kitchen, ideal for culinary creations. Appreciate the cavernous dining room and the inviting great room, complete with ample seating, a huge widescreen TV with a sound bar, and a comfortable fireplace for calming evenings. The sun-drenched master bedroom, a king en suite, offers a private getaway. This property features 7 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private deck access (excluding the ground floor). The ground floor offers a fun-filled game room and a media room equipped with surround sound, a pool table, a wet bar, and a full-size refrigerator. The outdoor amenities include a private pool, open from April 16th to October 31st, and a hot tub. Conveniences include: beach chairs, beach wagon, and 16 pool towels. Pool towels are complimentary as long as they are washed and dried before check-out. If you would like to have us launder them, there is a $200 pool rental fee. Guests can appreciate 6-7 parking spots. The property is pet-friendly, subject to charges and suitable for kids and infants.

Can You Really Drive on the Beaches There? Yes! If your car has 4-wheel drive, you can access the 4×4 beaches here. In fact, if you’re renting any of the vacation rental homes on Carova Beach, you’ll need to use the beach access lanes to get there. Please note, the rules for off-road driving and parking have been refreshed for the coming season, so check for current information on obtaining the proper passes.

Scenic highways connect each island, with ferry options offering passage to more remote stretches. Many areas are bicycle-friendly, and walking from bungalow to coastline is always part of the appeal.

Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per nighttime for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any family pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.
