This 5-bedroom, 2,602 sq ft beach home sleeps 10 and sits on a lot with better unobstructed ocean vistas than most true oceanfront homes in the 4WD area. A private 14x28 pool, 6-person hot tub, game room with pool table, and ships watch loft make this one of the most complete vacation units on the Northern OBX. Walk to the beach in less than a min.. A four-wheel-drive car is required; the property sits roughly 3 miles up the 4x4 beach. Three-nighttime minimum stays available in spring and fall.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep 10 guests across three levels. The top level features a king master bedroom with private deck access and expansive ocean vistas. The second level offers a king bedroom with private bath and deck access, a queen bedroom with private bath and deck access, and a duo-bunk room with double bottom bunk, twin top, and an additional twin bed. A fourth second-level bedroom has been converted into a game room with a pool table and brand new queen sleeper couch with deck access. A additional bunk room on the top level is ideal for the little ones.
Private Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor Spaces
The brand new 14x28 private pool sits on the oceanfront side of the property next to the dune, surrounded by sea oats — one of the most breathtaking pool settings on the 4x4 beach. The 6-person hot tub is open Memorial Day through end of September alongside the pool. An outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grille, fish cleaning table, and outdoor furnishings round out the ground level. Covered parking for two cars available.
Ships Watch & Vistas
The top-level open floor plan features a kitchen, dining room, living room, and ships watch loft — all wrapped in windows with multiple seating options and unobstructed expansive ocean and beach vistas. Watch sunrises from bed on the second level or take your coffee to the ships watch for a front-row seat over the Atlantic.
