Arcadia is located on a higher elevation than the adjacent homes, accepting for an unobstructed 180-degree view of the ocean from the dunetop deck.

Located within walking distance to Avalon Pier, Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar and Front Porch Cafe. Grocery stores, a movie theater, mini-golf, and department stores are all within a mile radius. There's plenty of parking in the driveway so everybody in your group can conveniently come and go and there is an exterior elevator from the ground level to the mid-level deck.
