Luxury Vinyl Plank and tile floor flows throughout the common areas of this dog-friendly home. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and includes an ensuite bath for plenty of privacy. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bath upstairs will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Outside, start your day on the striking front porch with a cup of coffee, or bask in the sun on the back deck that overlooks the creek bed, surrounded by natural vegetation and wildlife. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a walk down the community's waterfront boardwalk at sunset.

Colington Pointe is a impressive soundfront community designed for life on the water. Guests have access to a community pool, boat ramp, canals, and a boardwalk. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a seven-min. drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath home and plenty of complimentary parking.
