This beautiful bungalow is located in a ideal spot just 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood beach access can be seen directly from the driveway. The bungalow is in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Nags Head and is priced lower than most cottages in the area!

It is great for a family of 6 or less. You will experience an alluring, comfortable living area adjacent to an refreshed kitchen that includes an island with barstools, white cabinetry and modern appliances. The interior is decorated with a classic beach feel and all of the amenities of home. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and a third with two twin beds. The home has one and a half baths. All bedrooms and baths include linens.

Savor central HVAC, cable, internet and an open space concept for a fun time with family and friends. The exterior includes a screened in front porch with rockers for morning coffee and a back deck with anorandaks and table for eating. For those rainy days a covered area under the home with a porch swing is ideal for gathering and hanging out. Supplied in this space is an enclosed outdoor shower that is an all time favorite after spending a day at the beach. The washer and dryer are located in a room under the home along with a gas grille and two bicycles. The details in this bungalow are well thought out and included.

The central location of the bungalow is ideal with a grocery store, specialty coffee and ice cream stores, putt putt, fishing pier and eateries within a short walk or bicycle ride. There is a bicycle/running path along the 35 mph beach road.

We rent Sunday to Sunday in the summer months. We have a 3 nighttime minimum for holiday weekends. Check home rules for renting to young adults.
We do have a cleaning service however we ask that you tidy up before leaving by emptying the dishwasher, wiping the counters, cleaning out the refrigerator of all leftovers. stripping the beds and placing the sheets and towels on the floor of each room. Feel complimentary to leave condiments and other staples for the next renter.
