Located in the heart of MB, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club grounds, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).
Family Animals are NOT allowed

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Very cavernous condo. 1 Queen bed, and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer/dryer available in unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)
Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens included. Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Pool access with code, bracelets and key fob. Any missing fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and bracelet by $20
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Must climb stairs.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
