Unwind in the king bedroom, refresh in the modern bath with a full standing shower, and savor the clean, modern look of LVP floor throughout. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for dining in, and the living room features a sizable intelligent TV for comfortable nights in.

Beach chairs, bicycles, and beach gear are supplied, making this the ideal spot for a charming getaway or calming beach hideaway!

Oceanside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, tons of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own multiple villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always close by if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 cars, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
