Oceanside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own numerous villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always close by if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 cars, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this apartment is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.
The Sandbox and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting.
