Beach chairs, bicycles, and beach gear are included, making this the ideal spot for a charming getaway or calming beach hideaway!

Oceanside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, tons of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own numerous villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always close by if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 cars, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Located on the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Dunes Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
