Charlie's Casa at Colony by the Sea provides a vintage and comfortable ambiance for your vacation. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit is a great choice for friends who are traveling together, a modest family, or a couple. A King bedroom and a twin over twin alcove bunk set in the hallway provides sleeping accommodations for 4.

This relaxing condo unit offers all of your core vacation needs. The outfitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. The dining table can seat up to 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole group with access to the balcony to watch the waves roll in.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
