As you enter the villa the hall bathroom is on the right with a stall shower and a single vanity. The completely supplied kitchen is to the left featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a stackable washer/dryer in the closet.

The living area has plush sectional queen sleeper couch and an accent chair. There is a 50” Samsung Intelligent TV with sound bar to savor watching TV after a day at the beach. You will appreciate this cavernous living area that opens onto the balcony and has marvelous vistas of the ocean and swimming pool. Unwind on the covered balcony where there is a round table that seats two, an Adirondack chair and a rocking chair.

The serene primary bedroom is located off the living area and has all new bedroom furnishings a king size bed with ocean vistas and direct access to the balcony. There is a 32” intelligent TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, sizable soaking tub, and single granite topped vanity.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famed Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two enormous oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a huge sundeck, poolside bathrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for kids with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage.
