It is the ideal place to spend precious time with family and friends. After a day at the beach or just calming in the pool you can conveniently walk to Duck Village for shopping, dining, or to witness magnificant sunsets over the Albemarle Sound!

The shopping centers of Scarborough Lane and Scarborough Faire are conveniently located at one end of this neighborhood and offer a wide array of fun stores and delicious eateries. The Duck Town Park and sound-side boardwalk are both a short stroll away, offering activities for the entire family.
