A Beach Retreat Down is a private, 3 bdrm, 2 bath Myrtle Beach vacation rental located just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk with complimentary parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. This newly remodeled home, which is the downstairs section of a duplex, offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that will comfortably accommodate 8 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full size beds and queen couch bed). Additional features include entirely equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, grille, and washer and dryer and hot tub! Excessive sand or rocks in hot tub will result in $100 cleaning fee. This pet-friendly home (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length) offers TVs in every room! No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the home.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very economical and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
