Looking for the ideal beach hideaway to rest, relax and have some fun? Escape to Oak Island and visit our home, “9th Street Sandy Feet” which sits on the wooded side of the island while still providing convenient access to the beach and Intracoastal Waterway.

We are dog friendly. Take a walk with your four-legged furry friend to the end of the street and reach the beach a few blocks over. You can walk down the opposite end of the street to access the Intracoastal Waterway and to visit Veterans Park If you would like to drop in a fishing line. You can also take advantage of the kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas located at the property for your use.

"9th Street Sandy Feet" welcomes you into the living room that features a sizable sectional couch and coffee table with two accent recliners centered around a flat screen TV. Wireless internet accepts you to stream complimentary channels or you can log into your personal streaming platforms. The entertainment center has a wide variety of DVDs for your viewing and a selection of games, books, and puzzles for all ages.

The living room feeds into the cavernous kitchen and dining area with a entirely equipped kitchen. The dining room seats six with an additional two barstools as needed. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom flows off the living area and features a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The final two bedrooms feed off the opposite side of the living room and have queen beds, ample closet space, flat screen TVs and share a full bathroom with access down the shared hallway.

"9th Street Sandy Feet" greets you with a full-length front porch filled with rocking chairs and a swing for calming. The completely fenced in backyard is ideal for kids and family pets and also has a deck, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, picnic table, gas grille and an outdoor fire pit.

An owner-included golf cart is available on site for your use for an additional rental fee of $350 per week.
