Just around the corner from Wilmington's acclaimed Market and Front Streets, both with many fine eateries and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Finest Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available close by in public tons, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.
