Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private porch and two dedicated off-street parking spaces right outside the door. Simple and convenient!

This walkable neighborhood puts everything at your doorstep—no car needed. However, if you drive, your two off-street parking spots are ready. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful, making it simple to discover the wider city whenever you want.

• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.8%

• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.

• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.

• Family Animals are NOT allowed.

• Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.

• EV Charging: Guests have complimentary access to both a standard EV charger and a Tesla charger located at a close by property—just ask for details after booking.

• Parking: Two complimentary, reserved off-street spaces are included—rare downtown convenience.
