The comfortable living area features a couch that converts into a queen-sized bed for a third guest. The newly refreshed bathroom offers sleek finishes and a cavernous walk-in shower.
The modern kitchenette is well-appointed with a refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster oven, and a single-cup coffee maker. It also includes a chic bar with three stools, plus a separate table for two, ideal for breakfast, remote work, or evening drinks.
Outside, your private porch is furnished with seating for three—an ideal spot to relax with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private porch and two dedicated off-street parking spaces right outside the door. Painless and convenient!

The location really can’t be beat. You’re right in the center of everything Charleston has to offer. Walk to some of the city’s best eateries, coffee stores, bars, and stores. A few of the most trendy spots are just steps away, including By The Way, Chubby Fish, Felix, and many more. Whether you're looking for a lively nighttime out or a casual morning walk, you'll find it all just outside your door.
Getting Around:
This walkable neighborhood puts everything at your doorstep—no car needed. However, if you drive, your two off-street parking spots are ready. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful, making it simple to discover the wider city whenever you want.
