Additionally, the Sawgrass community pool and treehouse are directly across the street from Sabal Court, a ideal place to frolic in the water without leaving the neighborhood.



Step inside to a splendid living room filled with natural light and calm coastal touches. Just beyond, the dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame handsome marsh scenery, creating a fabulous space for meals and conversation. A roomy screened porch extends the living area outdoors, offering handsome marsh vistas and a calming spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bedroom also features a private sitting area with marsh vistas that doubles as a private workspace and additional sleeping accommodations with a daybed and trundle. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 full beds, share a well-appointed hall bath, also with a tub/shower combination.
