On the top level, you’ll find the heart of the home: a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and every chef’s dream feature, alongside a cavernous living room and dining area with seating for 12. The primary suite is also located on this floor, featuring a king bed, spa-like ensuite bath, and direct access to the oceanfront deck—the ideal place to savor sunrise over the waves.



The second floor offers a comfortable sitting room with a TV and deck access, ideal for family gatherings or movie nights. Four additional bedrooms complete this level, including two king suites, one queen suite, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds—all with private ensuite baths for comfort and privacy.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
