Inside, the fresh kitchen features matte white Café appliances, granite countertops, a cavernous pantry, and a enormous island with seating for four. Gather around the dining table for eight for family meals, or savor casual bites at the island bar.

The primary king suite, decorated in calming creams and whites, offers access to the screened porch and a spa-inspired en suite with a walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom, dressed in blues and whites, brings classic coastal flair. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living is at its best with a screened porch, an open deck ideal for grilling, and a fenced backyard complete with an outdoor shower and hot tub. Under the front stairs, you’ll find a gorgeous picnic area with a swing, offering a shady spot to relax after a day at the beach.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
