All rooms on this floor have deck access. Top Level: This floor features a great room with a TV, stereo, kitchen, living and dining areas, powder room, and a main bedroom with a king bed King and a private deck. Conveniences: Private unheated Pool, hot tub, WiFi, eight TVs, two DVD players, two stereos, two dishwashers, wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, high chair, Ping-Pong table, horseshoes set, and a private gas grille. Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
