The home is located third row from the beach. One block from beach access.

Renovations that were concluded in May 2021 include: added indoor spiral staircase, entirely refreshed master bath, new paint and carpet in all upstairs bedrooms, refinished wood floors in the main living space, fresh painted kitchen cabinets, and brand new countertops.

Bedroom configurations: The upstairs master bedroom has two full beds and its own private bath. Three upstairs bedrooms have twin beds. One of these has access to the screened in porch. There is a full bath in the hallway. Downstairs there is a master bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom has access to the master bath with shower/tub and is also accessible by the main living area. There is also a separate bedroom with a bunkbed that has a single twin on the top and a full at the bottom. A bathroom is attached to this bunk room as well.

Golf carts are the primary means of transportation on Fripp Island. The rental does not come with golf carts, but we will be happy to provide you with the number to rental companies who can deliver carts directly to the home for your stay and convenience.

In order to take advantage of the on-island dining and activities such as tennis and golf, luxury cards are required. Cards can be shared but one card per person per experience will be requested. We can purchase luxury cards on your behalf. The cost of amenities cards is $50 per card per week, or $35 per card for 3 days.
