Inside, the central living space is up on the third floor, where a loft-like layout and enormous windows bring in vistas of the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood. On one side of this great room, there's an inviting living area with a sectional couch, a TV, and dual sets of glass doors that lead out to an ocean-facing deck; on the other, you'll find a window-lined dining room, a door that leads to a balcony, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a peninsula bar counter. There's even more space to spend time with your appreciated ones downstairs in the game room (with a Cocktail Arcade Cabinet and a TV) and outside on the mid-level deck (with an eight-foot-by-15-foot swim spa). Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, seven TVs throughout the home, and infant gates, a high chair, and a booster seat for little ones. At nighttime, you'll have your choice of one bedroom suite on the top floor, three bedrooms (including one with a private bathroom) on the second floor, and one more bedroom suite on the first floor.
