There is a primary bedroom on this level. The decks overlook the pool area and ocean. A half bath completes this level. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
