Corolla walking trail along the Currituck Sound is right outside the door, ideal for launching kayaks or paddle boards.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with flat-screen TV and deck access and 2 Bedrooms each with Bunk Set and Single that share a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a enormous flat-screen TV/DVD with movie library including over 200 movies to choose from, gas fireplace and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, wine cooler and deck access, dining room with seating for 12 and a half bathroom. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not provide beach chairs.
