Modern, inviting and oh so cool are the words you’ll use to describe this terrific condo. With features like a completely refreshed and open kitchen, a flex sleeping or sitting space and a amazing balcony with an spectacular view, we are sure you’re going to want to keep coming back. The living space features a comfortable couch, 2 chairs, a intelligent TV and access to the balcony. The eat-in kitchen is brand new and open in a way that very few in the Brighton building are - it features quartz countertops, all new cabinets, stainless steel and black appliances and has a table with seating for 6 in the bay window.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, intelligent TV, access to the balcony and a modernized en-suite. The en-suite has a double vanity, and a humongous walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and tons of space! Across the hall is the guest bath which has a newly tiled tub/shower combo and homes the full sized washer/dryer. Now let talk about the flex space, this was designed with double barn doors so that it could be used in the best way possible for each family. There is a day bed, a desk and a chair to create either a bedroom, office or additional seating for the living area if the doors are entirely opened up.

The balcony area features a fabulous view of the Apache pier and beach below and has a table with seating for 4, 2 loungers and 2 additional chairs.
