Freshly remodeled, Downtown Abbey, is located on a peaceful street surrounded by lush gardens offering privacy in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything.

Sleep in comfort on our King and Queen USA made hybrid beds with lux linens, blankets & quilts. We also provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap. Washer/Dryer, hair dryer, curling iron, iron & ironing board.
We offer a completely equipped kitchen for preparing family meals and installed a REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) water filtration system for chemical complimentary drinking water & ice. There are numerous coffee stores within 2 blocks and our Keurig coffee pot with organic pods are furnished so you can also savor a cup of coffee in our charming gardens.

In addition to Central Heat/AC, all rooms have ceiling fans, window blinds & Intelligent TV's (65"/50"/32"), Nest speakers & digital antenna; no cable tv. Our private home is on one level; no stairs.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The Abbey, once home for clergy of the neighboring church, is generally a peaceful neighborhood. We provide Yoga sleep sound machines (made here in Wilmington) but should you have noise sensitivities, please prepare accordingly and bring noise cancelling buds or consider a rental outside of the central business district. Wilmington restricts excessive noise after12 midnight Friday & Saturday and after 11 pm Sunday > Thursday. We are not responsible nor offer refunds for city sounds.
