Driveway with double carport, enclosed outdoor shower, pool, gas grille. Come inside to the dry entry entry, and laundry with full sized washer and dryer. Between the carport and the pool is a brand new outdoor bar area, surrounded by hammock swing chairs- enjoy the shade and cool off with a beverage after sunbathing at the beach and pool!
Level 2:

4 huge bedrooms, 1 with a Bunk Set and Pyramid Bunk on east side of home, which shares a hall bath with tub/shower combo with the southeast bedroom with Twins. On the west side of the home there is one Queen bedroom with private bath (shower stall full bathroom) that shares access to a separate Jacuzzi soaking bathtub room that connects with the private bath (tub/shower combo) of the second Queen bedroom that also has access to the sizable covered deck with the hot tub, overlooking the private pool.
