Located on concrete canal with floating dock. Direct beach access at Leland Street.

On the main floor there is a bedroom with one Queen bed and a set of Bunk beds with private bathroom. The second bedroom has one Queen bed and a set of Bunk beds with private bathroom. Upstairs there is are two bedrooms with one Queen bed each. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The last bedroom is the master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. This bedroom has access to a deck on the canal side of the home and the rooftop deck.
