Classic, refreshed beach home surrounded by live oaks. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Southern Shores on the Outer Banks. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range for cooking and all modern stainless steel appliances and a enormous comfortable couch in the great room with a flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, and board games. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed and private deck, sharing a bathroom. The main floor has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. All linens and towels are supplied. There is also a ground floor laundry room with an additional refrigerator/freezer and multiple beach chairs and accessories. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The huge, fenced-in backyard is very private and has plenty of space for your dogs and the wraparound deck is gated accepting family pets and guests to roam. An ideal, peaceful location to escape with shopping, eateries, and entertainment conveniently located close by. Active duty military, veterans, and first responders receive a discount.
