Constructed in 1949 this unique property features 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor 1 queen bed in one room and 1 full size in the other. 2nd floor full bath offers a shower and 3rd floor bath a cozy claw foot tub./ no shower. Kitchen and Livingroom on 1st level. The relaxing ambiance of this magical home is ideal for those looking to be in walking distance to appealing downtown Southport and those folks who savor history (as this home was constructed with the bricks from an old lighthouse). You will also appreciate the fresh air on the gated brick patio with a lavish live oak providing shade coverage and also a sunny spot to soak in the sun. On the patio you will have the opportunity to marvel at the ibis flying over the Carolina blue skies on their way to Battery Island.
