The peaceful ambiance of this magical home is ideal for those looking to be in walking distance to appealing downtown Southport and those folks who appreciate history (as this home was constructed with the bricks from an old lighthouse). You will also savor the fresh air on the gated brick patio with a lavish live oak providing shade coverage and also a sunny spot to soak in the sun.
