Renovated in 2024, everything is new and fresh. 3 BR 2BA, huge kitchen, and great room this bungalow lives sizable. The two upstairs units are rented separately. Every unit has a private entrance and its own designated parking for two cars. The pool, game room, and laundry are shared spaces. Family Animals are welcome, and there is a $200 fee per pet.
