FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for each additional pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to savor Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, breathtaking island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where beautiful waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
