This centrally located and impressive home is semi-oceanfront - just 220 ft from the beach access! Only a short walk to shopping and dining at Timbuck II and Monteray Plaza. Mid-Level: King bedroom with private deck, a bathroom with a handsome walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV; King bedroom with a bathroom and TV; Queen bedroom and a Pyramid bed that shares a bathroom; both rooms have flat-screen TVs. You'll also find a laundry area on this floor.

Top Level: Handsomely decorated open floor plan offering a sizable living room with an upsized L-shaped couch. The kitchen features a bar that is ideal for putting out a spread for Happy Hour or serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen has two dishwashers and is well outfitted with a crockpot, skillets, a coffee maker flex to make a pot or a single cup of coffee, and a blender.
