The Space:

Welcome to Tequila Mockingbird, the ideal combination of relaxation and activity! Located in southern Nags Head, a peaceful and charming area for families. This home is carefully planned out, with thoughtful touches on every level. Starting at the top level, you will find a huge, completely outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make cooking a breeze. There's space in the dining room to eat together as a group, or appreciate a dinner al fresco outside in the salt air with ocean vistas. The living area is cavernous, with vaulted ceilings and a wet bar equipped with an ice maker and cooler to keep drinks in painless reach. The best part of this top level is the ocean view to be appreciated from the decks, living, and kitchen areas. A primary king bedroom suite rounds out this level, offering a opulent ensuite bath that includes a sauna and private sun deck!



On the mid level you will find 5 more bedrooms. There is a primary king bedroom with a private ensuite full bath, two more king bedrooms with access to the hall bath. A jack and jill full bath connects the pyramid bunk room to the twin room. There's space for people of all ages to sleep!



One more primary king bedroom with an ensuite bath awaits on the ground level, along with the game room. This is the fun center of Tequila Mockingbird! Challenge each other to a game of pool, or watch a movie and lounge in the TV area. Retro fans will adore the arcade games, and the kitchenette keeps snacks and drinks within simple reach; no need to go all the way upstairs! Plastic plates and glasses are available in this kitchen for poolside snacks.



Your backyard getaway awaits outside, boasting a private pool, hot tub, and grille area. A family BBQ is definitely in order, and you can work on your suntan without leaving the property! A basketball hoop is in the driveway for a fast game or round of HORSE. An outdoor shower helps keep the home comfortably sand complimentary after a beach day. Additional amenities include a sizable and sunny laundry area, dumbwaiter (for lifting bags/groceries ONLY), additional full sized refrigerator in the kitchenette, and a fish cleaning station.

Guest Access:

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are included at no additional charge.



Pool will open April 1st and close in early November.

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy
