In addition to boasting a swimming pool on its grounds, this condo sits a short walk from the handsome beach. Within half a mile, you'll find Coligny Beach Park, Lowcountry Celebration Park, Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, and all sorts of dining, shopping, services, and entertainment.

Step inside to find a two-level living space that has been thoughtfully updated, including a newer central air conditioning system that was installed in recent years. The first floor opens to a walled patio out back - the ideal spot for coffee on balmy mornings and evening barbecues on the gas grille.

Appreciate a well-equipped kitchen, both a breakfast bar and an adjacent table for at-home dining, and a living room with a intelligent TV. Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own intelligent TV to lull you to sleep and one with private balcony access. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are included as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
