Our 1920 historic Outer Banks bungalow was part of “Old Cottage Row” in Nags Head. We are mins. away from beach access, local eateries and steps away from Jockeys Ridge State Park. Walk across the street and step onto the tallest sand dunes on the Atlantic coast ideal for flying kites and watching striking sunsets. Savor a 3min walk for paddling, kiteboarding, and windsurfing on the soundside beach. Our historic bungalow offers a unique experience that will take you back in time!

The space:
Our comfortable and comfortable bungalow has been modernized yet we maintain as many original touches in the space. A handsome porch view of Jockeys Ridge with dining area and hanging corner ideal for your morning coffee, meals and/or happy hour. Front yard ideal for a sunbath or to grille your dinner.

The first floor is an open area with a living room and kitchenette area and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find one full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed each and fans. Both bedrooms have an amazing view of the sand dunes state park.

This preserved bungalow has been entirely furnished for your ideal hideaway! Wifi reaches anywhere inside the bungalow and the porch. The living room area is featured with a Intelligent TV with Apple TV and different subscriptions apps downloaded. The kitchenette includes coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, toaster oven and kitchen silverware. Convenient shady parking space next to the bungalow!

There are no residences in the front of the property. The rental and residence are 2 different spaces and neither are shared.
The rental is a two story bungalow with its own private entrance. We live on the property and will respect your privacy. Yet we will assist if you need anything!
