Over the past two years, Mermaid’s Cove has received broad upgrades, including a new full-size washer and dryer, beds, couches, light fixtures and ceiling fans. New for 2026 plush carpeting, plantation shutters, and a polywood high-top balcony table with chairs—all enhancing the fresh, coastal feel of the space.

Step onto your private oceanfront balcony to sip morning coffee or relax in the evening while listening to the waves. Located on the first floor, this condo offers painless access to all community amenities and direct beach access.

To keep the condo fresh and serene for everybody, we are unable to accommodate family pets for this rental season.
