The space
Delightfully refreshed open floor plan offers a private master bedroom with attached bathroom. Our kitchen is entirely outfitted with dishes, silverware, and basic cookware. Everything needed to prepare meals at the home. Coffee maker(kuerig single serve) , hair dryer, iron, additional linens supplied. Couch has a fold out queen bed and the new intelligent TV is ready for you to log onto your favorite apps, WIFI supplied. Stacked washer/dryer combo with detergent on site. There is a charcoal grille on the front patio.

This is a private detached apartment. If not rented with the main home the driveway and yard with fire pit is currently a shared space but we are working on making this completely secluded in the future. There is separate recreational space in the front of the apartment and a very private area in the back that would be out of sight to anyone renting the main home.
