Striking ocean view from your balcony on the 8th floor. Indoor & Outdoor pools, Sauna, hot tub, lazy river, restaurant & tiki bar on premises (Friday nighttime Karaoke) along with a game room.
•Free Wi-Fi is included •No family pets allowed.
•This is a non-smoking resort, however over by the Tikki bar there is a smoking area. •The Condo is family Friendly. •This is unit 818 with the best view of the beach and the boulevard. •Condo is privately owned & well cared for & comes supplied with the usual amenities' sheets, towels, TP, pots and pans. (Coffee is furnished).
•Laundromat on 1st floor •Parking is all around and garage is just across the street. The Check in is as simple as punching the code at the main entrance and the code for the condo door which you will receive after booking. (NO HASSEL) No one will be in or out of your condo during your stay except an emergency.
•This is not a hotel there is no room service.
•All we ask is that when you leave throw your used towels in the bathtub and take out the trash / leave the sheets on the bed we'll take care of it from there/Thanks for looking.
