The living and dining areas flow seamlessly, featuring a sizable table that seats 7, great for family meals or game nights. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare at home, including cookware, silverware, and dish-ware. Appreciate two cavernous decks, each offering seating and outdoor dining, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed, full dresser, generous closet space, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Step through sliding doors onto your private deck to take in ocean breezes and the relaxing sound of the waves.

Bedroom 2 is ideal for kids or adults, this room includes bunk beds with a twin trundle, a dresser, closet, and a private en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer.

The beach is within sight and it is just a short walk to the private beach access. You’ll also find beach gear chairs, toys, buckets, and lounge cushions, ready for your day by the ocean. After the beach, rinse off in your own private outdoor shower and relax into coastal living. You’ll also have access to a close by community pool and tennis courts, just a fast walk from the property.
